The Rules of Entry
Terms of Use
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Website Purpose
The Gallery Series website provides information, previews, artwork, production updates, interactive experiences, and future services relating to an original fictional entertainment project. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed without notice.
2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless written permission is granted. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable to your use.
3. Intellectual Property
The website and its contents—including the name The Gallery, logos, original characters, storylines, scripts, dialogue, fictional history, artwork, photographs, video, music, graphics, layout, design elements, downloadable materials, and promotional materials—are owned by or licensed to The Gallery Series and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, publicity, and other intellectual-property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, altered, published, distributed, sold, publicly displayed, used to train a commercial system, incorporated into another production, or exploited without prior written authorization, except for limited personal sharing permitted by law and platform functionality.
4. Limited Permission
Visitors receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the website for personal viewing. This permission does not transfer ownership and may be revoked if these terms are violated.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- damage, disable, overburden, disrupt, or interfere with the website;
- attempt unauthorized access to servers, accounts, source code, files, or systems;
- use bots, scrapers, automated extraction tools, or similar technology without written consent;
- remove watermarks, copyright notices, credits, or ownership information;
- impersonate the production, its representatives, characters, partners, or other visitors;
- upload malicious code, spam, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights;
- misrepresent fan-made material as official content;
- use the website or its content for harassment, fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
6. Fictional Content
The Gallery is a fictional work. Characters, organizations, events, dialogue, and places may be invented or dramatized. Similarity to actual persons or events may be coincidental unless expressly stated otherwise. Historical inspiration does not mean every fictional detail is presented as documentary fact.
7. Interactive Features, Polls, and Predictions
Future polls, “whodunit” features, predictions, quizzes, and audience choices are intended for entertainment. Results may be informal, moderated, reset, delayed, or discontinued. Participation does not create a right to influence the official story or production.
8. Visitor Submissions and Fan Content
If the website later allows comments, theories, artwork, messages, or other submissions, you will retain rights you lawfully hold in your original material. By submitting it, you may grant The Gallery Series a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, moderate, reproduce, and promote that submission in connection with the website and project, subject to any more specific terms presented at submission.
Do not submit confidential story ideas, scripts, pitches, or other material you expect to remain private. Unsolicited creative submissions may be declined or deleted without review.
9. Purchases and E-Commerce
If products, digital downloads, tickets, memberships, or other paid offerings are introduced, additional purchase terms, pricing, availability, shipping, refund, licensing, and payment provisions may apply. Prices and inventory may change. Third-party payment and fulfillment providers may process transactions under their own terms.
10. External Platforms and Links
Links to social networks, video platforms, stores, press outlets, or other services are provided for convenience. The Gallery Series does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, policies, security, or availability.
11. Copyright Concerns
A rights holder who believes material on the website infringes a copyright may use the Support link and provide identification of the protected work, the material at issue, contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, and an authorized signature. False claims may have legal consequences.
12. Disclaimers
The website and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the website will always be available, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Announced plans, production schedules, release windows, features, merchandise, and events may change.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Gallery Series and its owners, creators, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, inability to use the website, third-party services, lost data, or reliance on website content.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Gallery Series and its representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use, your submissions, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
15. Suspension and Termination
Access may be restricted or terminated when necessary to protect the website, enforce these terms, comply with law, or address misuse. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
16. Governing Principles
These terms are governed by applicable United States law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Any specific governing-state or dispute-resolution provisions may be added as the production’s legal structure is finalized.
17. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as the project adds accounts, memberships, commerce, community submissions, ticketing, contests, or other features. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
18. Contact
Questions about these terms may be submitted through the Contact or Support link. Email addresses are not displayed as plain text to reduce automated spam.
